The bus was 2 hours late on Friday 06/15 in New York. Because of this, I missed my 11PM connecting bus from Boston to Burlington, VT. I had to stay within the station until 7AM the following day to in order to catch the next available bus. I'm appalled by this kind of service. I really am.
