Greyhound New York City Bangor recent customer reviews
After first leg from nyc to Boston the driver of the second leg almost refused me until I had to go back to counter and verify that I was going to the correct bus and the driver was wrong, after some arguing he finally let me on the bus but it was very stressful, after I arrived at the final location I found out what he was trying to say is there was a more direct bus that left 2hrs later and arrived in Bangor at the same time as the bus I was scheduled for but I don’t think telling someone they’re supposed to just trust them and get on a different bus 2 hours later makes any sense.

The greyhound staff were friendly, but our bus departed two hours behind schedule. Then there was city traffic that their arrival time did not predict. Even though we were rushed through to a replacement connecting bus (for free!), that bus took a slower route with more stops, and we arrived 5 hours behind schedule where our friend had been waiting the whole time!
