The email and tickets didn't have the gate number or any directions to the greyhound terminal ("Proceed to Lower Level [LL] to gate 66"). Though we arrived at the terminal early, trying to find where we were supposed to go took a long time and we didn't get to the gate until 10:02am, causing us to miss the 10am bus, which had already departed. With no other greyhound busses until the next day, we had to pay an additional $150 to ride Peter Pan, then $50 for an Uber to our hotel.
