base on the fact that we are allowed to book our tickets a week or more before travelling I cant understand the excuse of a driver not being available or a back up driver is not in place, passengers had to wait for hours and miss connecting rides or is left stranded.

it is cool but I didn't like some rude people riding in the bus, they were cursing the bus driver and whining. I think that type of people should be fined.
