The bus never came. The customer service line continued to hang up on me when I called to check on the driver. Several other customers got to speak with customer service and shared with me that the driver decided to completely skip the pick up point at FSU in Tallahassee and drove straight to Atlanta. I incurred additional cost of more than $160.00 to get home to Atlanta the next day. Truly not happy with Red Coach

There was help in station for boarding passengers until the bus arrived.
The luggage check process was not explained and person's with e-ticket did not know that luggage would be checked in the station and not by the driver or staff on the loading platform.
