The coach was very delayed due to traffic. Fortunately this didn't interfere with my journey. There was a particular loud, rude, unpleasant passenger sitting behind me who loudly ate, talked, swore for several hours which made my and I'm sure other passengers experience unpleasant. This was not the fault of National Express I wish I'd been assertive enough to challenge the unpleasant person.
