Took a long time at the border which made us almost an hour late. Bus was cold in the morning (no heat) then when they finally turned it on it was too hot. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I like that there are assigned seats so no shuffling to find a spot when getting on the bus. Luggage was tagged and tags were checked in order to receive luggage at the end of the trip. Drivers seemed to drive safely.

Very nice bus, careful driver. Almost got caught and turned around on the pass from Bariloche to Puerto Montt due to a snowstorm. I think we were the only bus that got through today...but made it! It was a long day due to waiting and slow driving in parts but that is nature, not the bus company!
Users have highlighted the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, as well as the comfort and cleanliness of the buses. The service is generally punctual, although there was a mention of a delay due to mechanical issues on one occasion. Additionally, drivers went above and beyond by arranging taxis in Ushuaia when needed.

The comfort was exceptional and the drive felt very safe. The trip ended up over an hour later than expected due to long stops at the border. I am glad I had booked a connecting flight much later. An indication that the trip can be longer than the posted time would be helpful. I was grateful that the driver did not rush to make up the time.

Outstanding service from drivers Oct29 to Ushuaia.
No conventional terminal in Ushuaia, but drivers pre arranged taxis. Rainy night would have been a problem.

The bus was good but the 180 of the sit us not exactly 180, is less. Second the WiFi didn’t work, as well as the electricity points and last and most important, the driver was really authoritarian and somehow rude and not polite.
