Terrible. We and several other people were waiting in the car park at Biarritz. There was no signage where to stand and we were all at the bus stop waiting. The bus to San Sebastián stopped 100m away for approx 1 minute and drove off while I was walking towards it. Driver ignored us. We now on locals bus to railway and about to pay for train trip back. Outrageously bad service.
