The bus was supposed to go out from SF at 5:10, and at 5:15 they told us to get on one that we headed to Oakland and meet the bus driver there. We did that and had to bait over 2 hours for him to get there without anyone telling us what was happening or why. Then the bus we got into (2 hours and a half after the original hour and from a different city) was clearly not cleaned and had a terrible smell.

The staff were not helpful, the bus was dirty, especially the restroom. The wifi connection did not work most of the trip, & the seats were smelly.
