4 hours without a break was too long. Finally 15 mins before Ljubliana they stopped for 10 mins. Tried to ask if we could go to toilette at Trieste but driver said no they were running late after having a few police stops. He said use the bus toilet onboard but it was so unclean and smelt really disgusting. Could smell it while travelling too.
