Waited for the bus and it ran late showed the bus driver my ticket paid in full 69.00 just to be told that this wasn’t my bus BUT yet he’s going to Atlanta the security officer working showed me where to wait and I stood in the right spot on time although the driver wasn’t I waisted 69.00 and had to drive.

I boarded a bus in Richmond, VA to travel to Atlanta, GA. I had to change buses in Knoxville, TN.The staff in Knoxville,(Friday night - Sat Morning, Dec.7 at 5:00 AM) particularly one female was curt and abrupt, bordering on rude, so much so that another passenger remarked on her behavior. I have never taken a bus before, I typically fly or drive but with the sudden death in my family, I was faced with a short turn around as I was in Atlanta the week before. I new car was not ready for delivery. Also, Flying was cost prohibitive on short notice. I had a pop up on my computer that offered bus services as an option. things were going fine before I got to Knoxville. Just let me say, I will never ride a bus again.
