I enjoyed the bus rides and the train ride. I just struggled to navigate where the stations were as someone who was doing all this for the first time while carrying two big suitcases.

From Sacramento to San Francisco our bus didn’t arrive. The people working at the station were as helpful as they could be as they were completely in the dark aswell. There was miscommunication at the previous stop which meant there wasn’t a bus driver to get our bus to Sacramento to pick us up. Furthermore they had no way of tracking the bus as the tracking device wasn’t working. I was not impressed by the service this time however previously it has been fine.
