I will never travel with Greyhound again. Our original bus was delayed by 4 hours and we we're forced to take a different bus that added 9 hours to our trip. The staff was not helpful or at all empathetic for our situation and was in fact, quite rude about it. The condition of the bus was disgusting, it smelled of urine, dusty, and was in disrepair. Again, Greyhound will never receive business from me or my family again.
