Easy to find where to wait for the bus. Driver was pleasant. Seats were very uncomfortable. Ride felt as bad or worse than a school bus. Very rough and bumpy ride. Not sure I would do this again. I would see if a Grey Hound was any smoother a ride.

The Flixbus was a good ride. The driver was on time. The seats are comfortable. Had wifi while in Phoenix, then somewhere it dropped. Not sure why.

Horrible service, no one knew how to give me directions to transport my bags. Nor did they tell me where to go.

They were early, that was good…the shuttle broke down in gila bend, and the driver was able to fix the vehicle…she purchased a tool set at the fueling station and made repairs to the shuttle and we were back on the road and made it on time
