Enjoy: nothing.
Didn't enjoy: rude and careless driver. We were forced to leave in another stop that we booked. There isn't any outlets in the bus as advertised. Seat double booked, we have to ask ourselves to other pavers to switch seats in order to travel tightener (despite that we booked with 2 months anticipation)

I'm so disappointed in both trips. 12/27 trip Atlanta to Orlando we had a flat tire and a 2 hour delay. On the way back today 12/29 there was no AC and the riding conditions were horrible.

I planned to rent a car and somehow Hertz did not honor the Expedia reservation for the given rental car-crazy market, but at least Greyhound helped me to reach my destination, but the experience was horrible. Staff failed to stop people who smoked on the bus. My kids suffered a lot with that marijuana smell.

Really inconvenient to have been three hours late, without being able to be offered a single explanation other than a minor issue, that we were told would take 10 minutes. The people at the original bus station were really pretty rude. I’ve travelled this line over 10 times and have never had such a poor experience

As a first time traveler on your bus, I am totally impressed with the level of professionalism throughout the journey! Our driver was respectful, personable and jovial. I wish this level of service could be given to customers on every bus service in the US! Looking forward to using your service in the near future! Felt like European standards to me!

I am a repeat customer of RedCoach. I haven't had any issues until this trip. I'm not really concerned about it arriving late, things happen, however it was FREEZING on the bus which made it difficult to rest or even think. It had to be in the 30s or 40s maybe even less than that, and it was unbearable. I was very dissatisfied.
