Ride was very good and driver very courteous. I did have an issue with the Atlanta Bus Station having no visual directory. All boards were out of order. Being hearing impaired I could not understand announcements over the intercom and customer service was a bit rude.

Great experience. The only exception is that the loader who assists the driver is way too aggressive and rude. He does a great job loading the luggage on the bus, but my suitcase was damaged when I got to Savannah. I think he is trying to do such a good job, that he is not aware that he is damaging people's belongings.
