There should be better notice of the pick-up area at Buffalo. We had to ask the hotel staff where to wait. If we were supposed to wait in the lobby, then that should have been clearer on our printed ticket.
Based on 1125 reviews, the company was rated 4.1 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the cleanliness but often complained with the wifi. Adirondack Trailways ticket prices on this trip start at $77
