Bus Tickets from New York City to Richmond, VA, US

The driver attitude was very disappointing, there was lady with 2 kids who was late coming back to the bus and he left anyway, even though we asked him to wait a little bit

I tried to get assistance from one of the drivers and he kept telling me “no” I ended up missing my previous bus, so I waited for the next one. I was trying to get a ticket for the next bus, and the driver said he would only take me if I paid cash. I asked if there was Customer Support to reach out to, he told me once again “no” Very unprofessional

Ticket included wifi and charging stations, the bus didn’t. The toilet didn’t have paper. The arrival time was an hour delayed. The driver was yelling a lot at passengers, it was very unnerving.

The bus from NY to Washington about 45' late than schedule that made us miss connect one to Richmond. We must call hotline & awaiting about 25' to reschedule. Again this bus delay from 10:15pm to 11:00pm. Upset & tired. Some passenger sit in a wrong seat and don't want to change, driver need to help but not.

Not the best. my first trip at 2:45am was cancelled and waiting until 8am was inconvenient.

Travel with greyhound was really stressful for me asthe bus was running more than 3 hours late their was no staff to tell us anything the bus suppose to leave 11.05 and did not until 2.30 then within less than an hour the bus breaks down, a journey that should take 8 hours turn out to be 12 hours from port authority to Richmond Virginia my head hurts from the delay experience don't know really if I want to travel with greyhound anymore , my son use to drives for greyhound for many years and boasts about the company but I think it's not fair for anyone to wait for a bus for 3 and more hours with not information or apology

07/18/24 10pm Bus NY to Richmond va It was very dissatisfied the bus broke down in Delaware we waited at rest area for another bus that 3hrs, Destination was supposed to 5hr it Took 13to 14hrs.

On time and safe, decent price and personally was a life saver for my son and I and for a couple of friends.

Seats were in pathetic condition, would not recline too. The whole bus smelt of weed.

the bus was very clean and ran smoothly. The trip took 9 hrs from NYC canal st to richmond va too long for perfect weather.

There was no leg space , extremely congested space, seats were not comfortable , I got sever back pain and leg pain .

With the driver I feel secure👏🏽. She use safety precaution and the bus was confortable enough 🎒 The price is 🤩
