Greyhound New York City Knoxville recent customer reviews
My original bus was 3:45 am, there was no parking for my ride to help with my bags, there was no one there to check my bags in,we missed the bus, I was told I had to wait until 5:30 to change my ticket which I was charged $20 for and take the 7am bus. At 5:30 I was told I had to wait until 11am for the next bus, mean while holding my infant. When I got on the bus, the bus driver then tells us the outlets to charge our phones are burnt out so we couldn't charge my phone and my phone only had 7% left, for a 19 hour ride. But atleast I made it home safely.

The bus was very old and it took several times to the first driver to start the bus from New York. The driver who dropped us in Knoxville ran late for half a hour because he had to stop sometime for running personal errands. Awful experience. Don't want to give another try to Greyhound.
