The bus a/c system was failing and not adequately cooling the interior of the bus for most of the trip. The driver said it was because we had encountered unexpected heavy traffic due to an accident and were not moving fast enough—somehow the a/c was malfunctioning because of this. The arrival time was delayed by an hour and twenty minutes, so it was very uncomfortable. The bus seats were cracked and had the seating areas needed cleaning (cups, trash left from last trip). The bus is old, and the trip reflected this . . .

The bus driver was sooooo unprofesinal and rood, i never going use your compony again!!!

Purchased a ticket for 8:30am but after making the payment I received confirmation for a different time, I reached out to customer service through email (no phone call option available) and was told that it’s a non refundable ticket and they cannot help it, ticket was for $65.58. I feel like I got cheated. Ended up buying another ticket from the bus stop.
