My bus was an hour late for departure. There was no attempt to make up the time by the driver/staff at the station. I left the station and did not take the bus due to the delay of the bus and fear that the bus would be even more delayed after the two stops between Nashville and Birmingham.

The drivers were rude, the bus was an oven and the bus smelled so bad I literally gagged twice. Greyhound better pray megabys doesn't start doing service to smaller cities because if it does Greyhound will go out of business.
