Unfortunately my trip with greyhound was not very pleasant. The chairs were very uncomfortable, wifi was not working properly, it was very cold and it took us so long to cross the border because of delay of one of the passengers. This caused a delay in my second bus which made my husband come to the transit station and pick me up with my 2 kids. I asked for compensation. I got 100$ voucher which cannot be used online and I do all my bookings online. So it is kind of useless. I don’t think I will use Greyhound services again!
