Greyhound Lines, Inc. Montreal Concord recent customer reviews
My biggest dissatisfaction was having to load and unload my own luggage, crawling into the bay and pushing others' bags around to find and drag out my own (and then re-load all I had to remove to gain access). That's tough for a 72-year-old. All while the driver looked on casually.

Not your fault it was late. Delays at border. Would be nice to use the mic for announcements. Difficult to hear from the back.

I was sent an email 24 hours before my original trip. When I arrived to get my ticket that I had on my phone I was told that my bus wasn't leaving to my destination but that I could catch a later one to a near by city. This was inconvience to my plans. The man at Greyhound was very helpful and calming.
