The ride was fine but the scheduling ended up creating a bad situation for me. I bought a ticket from Montreal to Baltimore which included a transfer in NYC from 6:15am to 8am. The first bus arrived 2h early which meant I had to wait outside Moynihan train station for an hour outside in the cold in the dead of night since it only opens at 5am. I didn't think of it at the time because I was half asleep when we arrived but I really think the driver should have invited passengers to wait in the bus until 5am for our safety.
