Passengers waiting for the bus to pick us up in Miami we’re told that the bus would be 90 minutes late due to a bus driver issue. So, I left the station area for 1.5 minutes and upon returning saw my bus had arrived and the other passengers had embarked onto the bus. I approached the bus, knocked on the door, the bus driver looked at me, shook his head “no”, put the bus in reverse and took off leaving me standing there. No other buses going to the keys that day and the person running the station left a sign say he would be back in an hour. I had to rearrange my travel to the keys with another transportation company. Very disappointing to deal with a company where their employees treat customers with such disrespect and disregard. Pretty shameful!

This was my first time taking greyhound with my kids and it was a great experience, starting from the front desks to the drive sweet and helpful people the ride was smooth and the drive was an amazing person I will definitely going to keep taking the bus every time I come here to big pine key
