My only complain was I could not figure out which terminal to book from on line at the Miami Airport. I was not necessary for me to ride the train to to remote depot near the car rental area when the next stop was the airport. I would gladly chose Greyhound again

The bus left 10 minutes early at 12:25pm in Miami Airport Station instead of 12:35pm showing on the tickets without notifying all the passengers. I was too shocked to watch the bus leaving even I was there waiting for 30 minutes already! The staff was rude to us and refused to listen our concerns.
