CATA Internacional Mendoza Valparaiso recent customer reviews
Bus is clean and in good condition. Staff at terminals and on bus do not speak English, so was a struggle throughout. Was lucky a fellow passenger helped me understand what was going on. No wifi though listed in price.

The staff had no English at all, therefore all instructions for border etc we could not understand. I know we are visiting the country and should have basic Spanish but we dont. When trying to communicate staff were vacant. The bus didnt actually take us to valparaiso. As I couldn't understand the language I'm not 100% sure why but can only assume it was due to the protests. This was unacceptable. We paid to be taken to Valparaiso and if the bus couldn't get there they should have arranged for us to have further transport to where we were supposed to be going.

When we arrived in Valparaíso, my friend’s bag wasn’t there, and the bus driver didn’t know were it was, and now we still have 2 month back travelling here in South America without anything.. very disappointed with CASA international.

Beautiful ride through the Andes! Bus was fine, semi recliner chair, drink and tiny snack, but still byo food or eat a lot before leaving for Mendoza-Valparaiso trek being that it’s 8 hours+. Only complaints: the bus was hard to find in Mendoza (it actually says Vina Del Mar on the bus even tho the last stop is Valparaiso) and the bus got really warm, very little a/c pumping through.
