The bus got delayed for more than an hour and half. They kept saying the bus has been delayed
No reason why such a delay was never given and the staff didn't know what time the bus would be replaced. We got so tired of waiting standing in the termnial for hours we just took the train instead. Our tickets were non refundable and i didnt even bother to argue with their staff who really couldn't answer questions but kept telling people to wait.
