It started off very stressful because when we arrived at the coach station, while checking my e-ticket, it didn’t advise which gate the coach was departing from and it took a long time to find out before we could do anything else such as toilet or snacks. Other than that, we thought the service from national express was very professional.

The coach driver was brilliant but the coach broke down after 5 mins and we had to wait an hour for a replacement. The replacement coach was freezing cold, no wifi and toilet was locked. Are we entitled to any kind of reimbursement or benefit for being an hour late?

I booked straight bus from London Victoria to Dudley but was told that the coach wasn't going to Dudley I have to connect in Birmingham. My complaint is that I waited at the station for more than an hour and the time the coach to Wolverhampton arrived the driver refused me to get it telling me that my coach was the one for 9.30 not that one. I felt let down by the treatment I got after getting to my last destination very late.
