I requested assistance as at 68 a little infirm and use a walking stick. I had arrived 2 hours early for my bus. Then no-one arrived to help onto the correct bus. I then had to wait for 4 hours for the next one. The frustration and discomfort of the wait. Unfortunately was not even able to then walk round London due to my infirmness.
