The driver from London to Paris was a little rude and disrespectful in the way that he spoke to the passengers. My main complaint, however, is that the bus arrived in Paris late and I missed my connection to Barcelona. The staff member at the coach station in Paris was very helpful and professional but I had to purchase a new ticket for another bus to Barcelona and wait seven hours (until 3:30 a.m.) until the next available bus. This cost me €130 and made my journey rather unpleasant.

I bought a bus ticket from London to Barcelona, with a 1 hr change at Paris. The bus arrived in Paris an hour and a half late. There was no communication about the delay and customer service lines were closed. There were no staff at the coach station to speak to. I ended up having to pay €130 for a trip from Paris to Barcelona through Flixbus, more than my entire return journey had initially cost.
