I arrived at Sete Rios about 5 minutes before the bus was due to leave. This was due to a flight delay of 2 hours. Several busses were leaving at the same time. I'm 77 and was tired. I tried to ask which bus went to Sao Teotônio but was given a one word response at the counter. I tried different counters showing my ticket and got the same response. Why was everybody so rude and unhelpful? Even the drivers.
