The journey itself was fine. Comfortable coach, driven safely. The issue was the delay - we turned up at the bus stop 10 mins before pick up time. We then got a series of text messages with notifications of 15 min delays. Bus eventually turned up 50 mins late. Had we know the full extent of the delay in good time we could have had breakfast rather than wait an hour in the cold.
