We showed up 1/2 hour before the bus was to leave station. The time on the tickets was 1:15am departure. Our bus never came. Another bus arrived at 1⁸:30. Driver called the driver to our scheduled bus and he was already over an hour away from our station. We had to reschedule with the call center this morning and are having to travel today, missing a very important family event. We will arrive tonight instead of this morning. Comments about the bus today... very noisy and rough. Sounds like the rear tires are going to fall off. Window at my seat is not sealed letting in cold and noisy.
