We were uncomfortable with the passengers near our seat. They talk loudly that the driver keeps reminding them to tone down their voice.

Do not take a Greyhound bus under any circumstances unless you like being treated like nothing. First the bus was late leaving, then the driver made an unscheduled stop. Result bus arrived 45 minutes late for connection and the other bus was gone. They put us on a bus to LA rather than Anaheim. We arrive at LA and were told we had missed the Anaheim bus by 10minutes and had to wait for another 4hours for the next one as the LA office had not been informed we were coming. They would not arrange a taxi or transfer for us or the other passengers. We should also add that the reason we were 10 minutes late into LA was because we had to load passengers from another bus that had broke down. We started off and the aircon in the bus stopped working so it was a long hot ride with a full bus and the top vents open with the sun beaming in. Being from Australia we did not have an Uber account no credit card only cash. When you think Greyhound don’t think bus unless you would like a wasted day on a nightmare trip
