It was terrible. My husband ended up late for work due to faults times and delays. Was put on a bus for the final destination, and the restroom was smelling of feces the whole trip from Atlanta, Georgia to Jacksonville do not recommend whatsoever.

Im very upset the bus was delayed in Louisiana and because of that the layover bust left , the next bus didnt come until 8 hours later which will have me arriving 15 hours behind schedule missing my appointment and leaving me without a place to stay for the night. When I expressed my concerns to the Greyhound customer service rep I was told to just sleep at the bus station in a chair because Greyhound wasn't going to be responsible for where I'd sleep even if its their fault .
