The price of the trip was fantastic. They were on time and kept to time. The 2 men that were driving and supporting from Heathrow until Plymouth however were incredibly blunt, miserable and had no people skills whatsoever. They were not welcoming and when we stopped for the first break the driver barked orders at the passengers as to what we could and couldn’t bring back onto the coach. They were both quite unpleasant characters. The man that drove from Plymouth was very nice and what I would expect from the company.
