Greyhound Grand Rapids Detroit recent customer reviews
I was very nervous about getting on the right bus; the driver was very courteous and patient with me. He helped me and answered all my questions. Told me not to worry; he would take care of me.

Terrible customer service. I ended up buying two tickets because the ticket booth at the station was closed. There was no kiosk to print tickets. Also, the driver and all customer service reps were rude and unprofessional. I will be avoiding taking this bus at all costs in the future. Terrible, terrible experience.

No one keeps to themselves on the bus. People even tried talking to the deaf guy.
