We recommend carpooling
Among the sustainable travel choices, the carpool stands out as the good way to reach Avoriaz. The journey takes about 1 hour and with fares starting at just $5, it presents an excellent value for a comfortable ride.
Passengers have shared positive experiences with the bus service, highlighting clean and well-driven coaches as a standout feature. Many appreciated the friendly and efficient staff who ensured smooth transitions even when flights were delayed or buses departed late. While some mentioned waiting times at airports, overall satisfaction was high due to helpful assistance throughout their journey.
Firstly it was great value and the booking process and pre trip info was great. However, the service at the airport was chaotic, every person I asked sent me somewhere different to wait, and the bus departed an hour late, so didn’t get to the resort until after midnight. There are too many operators working out of the same tint area at Geneva airport.

Delay at the airport which meant we missed our bus. This was no trouble and the staff got us straight in to the next available bus. Extremely helpful and efficient.

It was great that the driver decided it was OK to drive up to Avoriaz, beyond Prodains; I also liked how we were met by one of your reps at Les Gets to help sort out the stops.
Customers have praised the helpful and friendly drivers, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the buses. Some mention slight delays in travel time but overall had a positive experience with SwissTours. The only suggestion for improvement was clearer messaging regarding pick-up locations at Geneva airport.

A very unpolite woman from Swisstour denied to tell us about where to wait for the bus, the bus was slightly delayed. The woman was to busy talking to her college😖👎

Dropped off at the bottom of a lift. The top is on the piste not in the town. Not practical with luggage and kids. Not very clear when booking
