The company I booked through failed to inform me that the store that serviced the bus route was closed I arrived early as was instructed and waited an extra 30 min, the other passenger left. I never got on the bus as it was -14 and I was frozen, I finally went to wait at the sto bus stop and a Maheux bus sped by so I paid for a ride I never got.
