Terrible experience. Bus was delayed for 3 hours first on one of the stops, then for another 7.5 hours at Richmon station due to the shortage of bus drivers(they called out). Customer service was rude and disorganized. Wifi in the bus was not working. We arrived 8 hours later of our scheduled time.

The bus is old, dirty, uncomfortable. Internet disconnects continuously, unusable. The drivers are rude, rude, rude. The staff at the stations are rude and uncaring. The stations' bathrooms are terrifying. My bus from Fort Lauderdale to New York, with change in Richmond, blew two stops in Washington and Baltimore, arrived 2 hours late, the bus had to get to Washington Station on Broadway and instead we were downloaded to Penn Station, many kilometers far from the real station of arrival. We have not been warned about this. When we arrived in Penn Station the ground staff told us that we had to make do to get to the other station.
