Driver from Atlanta to Memphis was very rude and inconsiderate. He does not need to be apart of an industry where having superior customer service is necessary. He refused to allow an elderly, disabled woman to get water although she was choking and heaving, and it was 10 minutes until we were scheduled to leave. The whole ride he yelled and demanded and dictated everyone on the bus as if we did not pay money to be on the bus. I will never again, along with several other riders that stated this same thing, ride any bus affiliated with Greyhound or Flixbus for future travel needs. Something needs to be done about the negligent decisions made when choosing drivers for the public.
