Bus was poor quality. No WIFI. Air conditioning sometimes didn’t work. Bathroom was horrible. No power outlets.

We were told that the bus was being moved from 11:20am, to 8am. This was fine. They failed to mention that this then resulted in a route via Rio Gallegos and an additional 12hours on the trip from the expected time. We only knew this once we had been presented the physical tickets and would not have travelled had to of been aware of the additional travel time.

The chairs was comfy and the drivers was very kind. But the ways to bariloche was partially closed, and we had a connection at bariloche. The company did not tell us in advance and the whole journy took 6 hours more than expected so we missed our connection.
Also, the air condition didnt work at the upper floor and there were no usb charges which can be helpful in a 30 hours journy.
