National Express Dorchester London recent customer reviews
Fine going up to London, but terrible return journey. No-one there to help or tell anyone where to catch the bus from Eastleigh to Bournemouth, the bus was packed. They had to lay on another bus which left 1 hour later. There was no-one to help with the connection from bournemouth We arrived on Platform 1, where it said the next train to Weymouth was 23.06. So we waited a whole hour after the advertised train at 22.06. It was very cold. There was no waiting room or toilet open. Horrible. and inefficient. Bad communication to the passengers.

I was a bit disappointed that the bus was late both ways and the phone charging socket didn't work.
