Greyhound Denver Philadelphia recent customer reviews
Very disappointed that Greyhound can’t hold a bus for 5 minutes to let a passenger who is running late to their connection (because Greyhound is 4 hours behind). I made my son’s graduation ceremony but I would be more than a bit upset if I was in this passengers shoes (and she was on my bus). Very disappointed in the jack of customer service and consideration.
