What I did not love is that I arrived early and was hoping to switch to an earlier train, however the VIA Rail customer service helper was not able to because only Budsbud (third party through which I bought the ticket) is able to. However, when I tried calling the number given, I was just on hold and never reached anyone. Additionally I had paid for an option to have flexibility to modify the ticket time, however this should not be an option if I cannot actually access this service.

I love Union station. Staff were friendly. The train arrived at Cobourg late so I missed my bus home and had to walk home. I was going to go for a walk later anyway so no harm done.

Horrible. Staff at Toronto station was kind but the ones in Ottawa were rude. Made me pay for a little bigger luggage bag. On top of that, the wifi was not working in the train which was quite a pain as I had some important work to be done.
