This was the first time I took Kasper Bus Lines. I was visiting from Alberta and travelling from Nipigon to Thunder Bay, Ontario. A short trip. The bus arrived on time and the driver was very personable. I would like to compliment the driver. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant. I would use this Bus Line again.

I ordered a ticket for nipigon to thunder bay, but I was listed for a different bus. My ticket said nipigon to thunder bay at the top, but in the information it said departing from nipigon and arriving to some reserve the opposite direction. So it was a bit of a hassle to get on the correct bus, but we made it happen in the end.

We didn't enjoy the location of the pick up, due to zero shelter to keep warm. The driver showed up 2 hours late. We basically almost got frostbite. I am not sure if this experience has made me not want to travel bus/train.. 😕 it was just my thought process for getting home safe and sound.
