The bus driver was having a conversation with another person on the way back to Sofia. He was distracted and there were a couple of times when i felt scared but other than this i feel like the rest of the staff was amazing - the lady in Plovdiv was super nice and she even had our bus tickets ready and printed for us same goes for the one in Sofia

Well I didn’t travel buy bus 🚌., I just travel by train 🚆 The information about arrivals and departures is poor and the electronic tickets 🎫 are confusing and the information there is not clear the people that work there very rude all of them ., no help at all Fromm
