Karat-S is appreciated for its punctuality and comfortable rides, with users noting safe journeys and helpful drivers. However, several reviews mention the lack of amenities such as charging points, Wi-Fi, or toilets despite being advertised. Additionally, some customers found the seating arrangements cramped on full buses and experienced confusion during check-in procedures.

The coach was clean and comfortable and ran to time, in fact we arrived 20 mins early. There was a timely stop at services to use facilities, get refreshments. As an English visitor to Bulgaria I found the signage at the bus station in both English and Bulgarian very helpful.

The bus was late 2 hours. Ticket said 23.55 and we left at 2AM. The Bus was broken and the driver really bad. My suitcase for some reason got removed in another earlier destination
