The bus was very nice and comfortable. AV systems at each set provided entertainment if desired. The scenery from Durango to Mazatlán was amazing. The route and variety of scenery enhanced our trip. Driver did great but was very ‘hands off’. No communication before, during, or after the trip but that was okay. Would use them again in a similar circumstance.

Online easy but once st the bus station we could not figure out the system and the folks working seemed as confused as we were. The bus showed up 30 minutes late but we were never informed as to why?

The bus didn't show up, we were put on another bus that was on a regular route to Tepic which meant passengers were picked up and dropped off enroute. The bus driver was on his phone repeatedly and driving with one hand, causing me high anxiety. When we finally got to Tepic we transferred to an Elite bus to take us to Mazatlan and we're searched at the border between Jilasco and Sinaloa, looking for fruit and vegetables. Later the bus was boarded by two rude Agents who might have been looking for someone? One was wearing a balaclava covering his face. Subsequently the bus was boarded by two other Agents who seemingly were targetting white people. My husband was frisked and his wallet was gone through, my bag was searched by one of them while the other was counting my husband's cash. We got to our Resort at 4am!
